Morning departure from your hotel/riad in Marrakesh acrossing the High Atlas mountains of Tizi N Tichka Pass (2260 M) a panoramic viewpoints, there will be opportunities to stop and take photos. The first scheduled stop is at the Kasbah of Telouat, which a headquarter of Glaoui Family. Stop for photos and continue to reach ait Ben Haddou another kasbah of Galoui family and a UNISCO wrold heritage site. Here you will stop for lunch. Then, we will head to Ouarzazate where you spend the night in a riad diner and breakfast.
Morning departure to the Dades Gorge, passing the Oasis of Skoura,a very beautiful palm landscapes, continue Kela’a M’gouna, the Valley of Roses, where we stop to see the cosmetic articles made locally from the valley’s abundant roses. After the visit of the village we will cross the dades valley to reach Dades Gorges. Stop in the Dades gorge for lunch, then continue a short distance to reach Tinghir and the very different Toudgha gorges, where you spend the night in a hotel or Kasbah.
After luxury breakfast we will drive to Merzouga via palm groove of tinghir and tin jdad. Stop for lunch at Erfoud the capital od dates and the largest palm valley in Morocco; known by its annual festival of dates. After lunch we will continue to Merzuga stop at Rissani to visit the Mausoleum of Moulay ali chrif. In the afternoon you can take a two-hour camel ride in the Sahara. The sunset from the top of the dunes is spectacular (250m), overnight in a nomad Berber tent at the foot of the dunes of Erg Chebbi.
Early wake up early to watch the spectacle of the sunrise and see the color of the dunes changes with the sun rise and play of shadows are an awesome sight. After shower and breakfast we will head to the Draa Valley via the village of Tazzarine, stop for lunch at NQob. In the afternoon we reach Tanasikht and drive along the ancient caravan route to discover the beauty of Draa valley with its huge palm trees and ancient villages. We stop in Zagora for the night in a Kasbah, camel ride (1 hour / 1 hour and a half) to watch the sunset over the dunes, then overnight in a Kasbah or Berber tent with dinner and breakfast.
After breakfast in our way to Ouarzazate will visit the Kasbah Tamnougalte, via the mountain pass of Tizi-n-Tinfifte (1660m). Once in Ouarzazate, we visit the Kasbah of Taourirt, an unpaved track to the Fint Oasis nestling among the mountains, then visit the film studios. After the visit we will drive back to Marrakech crossing the villages of Merzgane, Ighrem. lunch at tadarte at the top of Tichka pass, Marrakech to be reached by the late afternoon, check in to your Riad or Hotel.
